A charming secluded house on a third of an acre plot, set on a plain, in the mountain village of Bran. 25km to the town of Brasov and 160 km from Bucharest ( Internation Airport Otopeni), 40 km from Poiana Brasov the biggest ski resort in Romania. Within 15km to the start of the ascent to the Seven Lakes, one of the most beautiful and breath taking scenarios in Romania. Close to horse riding along Bran Castle - dracula Transilvania and trout fishing in mountain streams. Also ideally located for cross country skiing and mountain biking.

The house has wonderful views over the plains towards the Predelut mountains and is furnished to a high standard. There is a walking/biking path just 100 metres down the road from the house, running through unspoiled pine woods to Bran.
Comfortably sleeps 10: 3 double rooms on the 1st floor with bath , 2 double rooms on the 2nd floor,with one bath. A large, comfortably furnished, open kitchen/dining/ living room with fireplace, under floor heating and TV with CD Player. Ideal for cosy nights in with your friends following a day of outdoor activities. Kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and utility room with washing machine. Lovely well maintained, secure and secluded garden surrounded by forest and with BBQ area. The large garden is primarily laid out to lawn and has a beautiful old barn. There is ample parking to one side of the barn.
Hidden by the forest, Away from the crowded city, Milenium Villa offers you ideal conditions of rest and relaxation, along with the comfort one may require for a great holiday . Situated on a 1000 square meters piece of land, it has boarding capacity for ten people . Next to the villa, there is 1000 square meters garden, an ideal place for playing, meditating or walking in the midst of nature . Housekeeping is provided 24 hours a day .

 Tourists can either book rooms or the entire Villa as a family friendly option for holiday.
The villa is being rented to a single group (2 to 10 people) of people at one time, or as a Hotel rooms . We've set ourselves a high standard of privacy, discretion and comfort .

We provide the following attendance :

• 24 hours housekeeping
• at request : chiroprody, manicure, hair-dressing, massage, baby-sitting
• lunch and dinner - clients must mention this request when booking the villa

Reservation:
The reservation of the apartments will be confirmed after the receving of the deposit of 100,00 Euro. This deposit will not be refunded.
In the case of late arrivals or early departures, the entire period booked will be charged.
